About the role

The Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiter will manage recruiting for attorney, legal, operational, and administrative positions across the firm. This role is responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle—from intake meetings and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, maintain recruiting metrics, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a 100% onsite position based in our Miami Lakes office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for legal and operational positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding handoff.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Develop proactive recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and provide market insights to hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, recommend sourcing strategies, and facilitate timely interview feedback and hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in SmartRecruiters, manage job postings, and track recruiting metrics, including:
    • Time-to-fill
    • Time-to-hire
    • Source effectiveness
    • Candidate conversion rates
    • Offer acceptance rates
    • Pipeline health
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring procedures and employment laws.

Performance Expectations

  • Consistently fill high-priority positions within established hiring timelines.
  • Build strong pipelines for difficult-to-fill legal positions.
  • Maintain accurate SmartRecruiters data and reporting.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
  • Meet recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and urgency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR (global experience preferred).
  • Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles.
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate data into action.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and implementing sourcing plans.
  • Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ability to write client-oriented communications (emails, job descriptions).
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
