About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Personal Injury Defense Attorney with at least five years of experience to join our team in Los Angeles, Oakland, or our virtual office, The Link. The ideal candidate must reside in California and hold an active California bar license.

• Experience with civil litigation matters including all aspects of transportation claims and motor vehicle accidents.
• Experience in California state court and civil procedure.

• The ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
• The ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in personal injury defense.
• Resides in California.
• Active California bar license.

Pay

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California is $165,000 to $185,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
