Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial
- Communicate effectively with opposing counsel and clients
- Handle depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions
- Make court appearances and represent clients in hearings and trials
- Review case files for accuracy and completeness
- Develop trial strategies, organize exhibits, and prepare witnesses
- Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
- Provide sound legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process
Requirements
- Juris Doctor and active membership in the California State Bar (in good standing)
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience handling personal injury litigation
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience with law and motion practice
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required

$100,000 - $200,000 per year
