The Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury team in person at our Duluth, Georgia office. If you're looking to relocate to Atlanta from Atlanta, Tennessee, and North Carolina, OR live in the Greater Atlanta area and have at least 5 years of Personal Injury experience, we'd love for you to join our practice! Compensation: $105,000 - $125,000 based on experience, plus a generous commission percentage Qualifications Five years of personal injury experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent verbal, written, and listening communication skillsExcellent time management skills, be organized, and able to effectively prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced work environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to excellent client service. Intermediate administrative and proficient computer skills are requiredStrong leadership and teamwork skills Responsibilities Learn, understand, and execute the firm’s personal injury case management process and procedures according to written and/or verbal instructionsManage a portfolio of personal injury cases through the use of a variety of case management programs and proceduresEnsure the rights of the client, as well as the professional integrity of the firm, are preserved and maintained through professional expert representation in court or before government agenciesPrepare legal documents and negotiate settlements on behalf of injured clientsHandled all aspects of both pre-litigation and litigation cases from start to finishWork with a team to assist clients through their injury claim
