Job Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury cases in District and Circuit Court
- Manage litigation files from filing through resolution
- Conduct depositions and court appearances
- Aid in trial preparation and trial work
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Qualifications
- Maryland Bar License
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Personal injury experience preferred for experienced candidates (2 years preferred)
