Personal Injury Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Develop case strategy, investigate liability and damages, and negotiate settlements.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions and argue key motions.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Contribute to a trial-ready culture and try appropriate cases.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina law license in good standing.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling auto, trucking, premises liability, wrongful death, or similar matters.
• Demonstrated trial experience; first-chair experience preferred.
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and case valuation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to clients.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
