Personal Injury Attorney

The ideal candidate is confident, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment. You will work alongside experienced trial attorneys and litigation support teams while having access to a wide range of resources to help deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Los Angeles office. Responsibilities Include Manage a full caseload of litigated personal injury matters from filing to resolutionConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documentsAttend and argue at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrationsWork closely with clients, experts, and medical providers to build strong case strategiesOversee and direct paralegals and legal assistants assigned to litigation casesMaintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed and supportedParticipate in settlement negotiations and pre-trial preparationsCollaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-exposure and complex mattersMaintain case files and documentation in compliance with legal and firm standards Skills & Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active California Bar license2+ years of litigation experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferredStrong oral and written advocacy skillsExperience handling depositions, mediations, and motion workAbility to manage a litigation caseload independentlyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsClient-centered approach with strong interpersonal communicationBilingual in Spanish is a plus We Offer An Excellent Compensation Package Including Guaranteed Competitive pay planProficiency/performance bonus401K80 hours of vacation the first year of employmentPaid HolidaysMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceSupplemental insuranceOpportunity for advancement
