Personal Injury Attorney

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Alabama law license in good standing
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Passion for client advocacy and results-driven work

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze personal injury claims for viability
• Conduct investigations and gather supporting evidence
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their cases
• Manage assigned caseload efficiently and supervise support staff as needed
