This growing litigation practice focuses on representing sexual abuse survivors, catastrophic injury victims, and wrongful death matters. The role is ideal for a junior to mid-level attorney seeking hands-on experience in complex litigation and trial work, with significant responsibility and case ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Managing cases from inception through resolution
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Drafting motions and arguing in court
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Assisting with and participating in trial work

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation (clerking after bar admission will be considered)
  • Experience running their own cases
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional research and writing abilities
  • A robust work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, including the capacity to multi-task under pressure
  • The ability to quickly issue-spot, and develop theories of liability
  • Exceptional oral advocacy skills
  • A valid license to practice law in Washington, with experience practicing in New York, New Jersey or California being a valuable addition
