About the role

We're on the lookout for a driven Personal Injury attorney to become an integral part of our team. In this permanent position, you'll take the lead in managing cases from start to finish, playing a pivotal role in our clients' legal journeys. You'll collaborate closely with our team of attorneys and partners to deliver top-notch legal services.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar admission in good standing
  • 1-5 years of litigation experience, specifically in personal injury cases
  • Proficiency in drafting and responding to motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
  • Familiarity with court practices and procedures
  • Proven ability to effectively manage intricate litigation cases
  • Exceptional research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational capabilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding high standards of professional conduct and ethics
  • Capability to provide samples of previous litigation work as part of the application process

Pay

$110,000 - $130,000 per year
