Job Details
- Handling a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution, including MVA, wrongful death, and premises liability cases.
- Conducting thorough legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Representing clients in court, at depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Developing effective case strategies based on the facts of the case and the client's goals.
- Communicating regularly with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their case and addressing their questions and concerns.
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve cases efficiently and favorably.
Qualifications
- A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A license to practice law in the state.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in conducting depositions, legal research, and legal writing.
- Experience in case management, mediation, and negotiation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client relations.
- A deep understanding of MVA, wrongful death, and premises liability law.
- The ability to handle a high-volume caseload and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
