Personal Habilitation Worker
Position Summary
The Personal Habilitation (PAB) Worker/Direct Support Professional serves as a paraprofessional member of our treatment team. Under the guidance of a licensed professional, PAB Workers directly interact with our clients in the home or community setting. You will play a major part in helping those we serve reach their goals.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance and/or habilitative training services
- Mentor, train, and counsel clients and their caregivers
- Services include: Activities for Daily Living (ADL), Instrumental Activities for Daily Living (IADL), mobility, communication and social skills and adaptive behaviors
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Children/behavioral support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work Authorization: United States (Preferred)
