Primetone, a company with over 20 years of experience in property management, is seeking 2 responsible and committed cleaning professionals to join our team under a subcontracting arrangement, with continuous work availability.

About the role

The selected individuals will work under the direct supervision of a supervisor, who will assign and coordinate daily tasks according to the needs of each property.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparation of residential units between tenants
• Cleaning and maintenance of common areas
• General cleaning of properties
• Support in various cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor
• Maintain high standards of quality, order, and presentation in each work area

Additional responsibilities for male staff

• Support in general cleaning tasks
• Collection and disposal of trash
• Cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas of the property
• Support in tasks requiring greater physical effort

Requirements

• Responsible, professional, and detail-oriented individual
• Commitment to work quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Good attitude and willingness to fulfill assigned responsibilities
• Previous cleaning experience (preferred)

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
