What You'll Do
- Work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes
- Support them with light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Assist with personal activities such as dressing, medication, and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to and assist with activities outside the home, such as grocery shopping or running errands
Eligibility Requirements
- Previous Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience is a plus, but not required
- Access to insured and reliable transportation
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
Physical Qualifications
- Ability to move, transport, or position up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information
