About the role
Come work alongside a fun and friendly community member, where work meets joy and comfort! This community member is teaming up with Community Horizons to find compassionate, positive, and reliable staff. If you enjoy creativity, thought provoking conversations, and getting out and about in the community, you could be a perfect fit to assist this bright and active member. The member uses a power wheelchair, EZ Stand to transfer, and is also looking for help with everyday tasks in her home, in Sparta, WI. She also utilizes a handicap accessible van for appointments or outings. Training will be provided by family and staff and the member is always there for questions and instructions as well. Responsibilities
- ADL assistance
- Shower & dressing aid
- Transferring with EZ Stand
- Driving van
- 1/1 care
- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Taking to appointments or community activities
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License preferred
- Compassionate, positive, and reliable

$17.25/hour
Schedule
Part-time - Flexible - Weekdays 5-9p, every other Weekend 7a-3p and 5-9p split shifts
