Personal Care Worker - Oshkosh

Key Responsibilities

• Hands on care.
• Supports Members with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Practices safe transfer and ambulation techniques using mobility devices.
• Completes all applicable documentation related to tasks assigned.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary, and welcoming home by performing housekeeping tasks like vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and making beds.
• Cleans linens and performs laundry as needed.
• Prepares and serves meals according to general nutritional guidelines, individual dietary restrictions, needs, and preferences to ensure Members' health.
• Reminds Members about medication schedules and handles errands such as grocery shopping.
• Serves as companionship, spending time with Members to provide social interaction and support.
