About the Role
This position collaborates with the Personal Care Coordinator, Medicaid Case Management Team, and referral sources to implement Personal Care Attendant Services and Private Duty Nursing Services for private pay, HCBS, and State plan recipients.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, orient, supervise, and coordinate personal care attendants
- Assess recipient needs and assign appropriate care providers
- Monitor service quality and recipient satisfaction
- Review and authorize billing for personal care and nursing services
- Assist with marketing and reporting of services
Requirements
- Knowledge of elderly and disabled needs
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in computer software
- Ability to perform physical tasks and pass background checks
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Up to 2 years of experience
- In-home care experience is a plus
