About the role
Direct Companions and Certified Nursing Aides needed for non-medical, senior home care.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and assistance to seniors in their homes.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Monitor and assist with medication management.
- Ensure safety and comfort of seniors in their living environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different situations.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
