Personal Care Attendant

What You'll Do

• Help clients with personal care tasks (bathing, hygiene, dressing)
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement
• Provide reminders for self-medication
• Prepare meals and assist with planning
• Keep the home tidy: laundry, dishes, light housekeeping
• Remove safety hazards and maintain a safe environment
• Run errands, grocery shop, and assist with appointments
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Help with scheduling and basic record updates

What You Need

• A caring heart and patience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and communicate well
• Related personal care or housekeeping experience
• Understanding of HIPAA and basic safety practices
• Reliable transportation
