PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT

About the role

Home Care Services is seeking PCAs/CNAs for all offices. Don't have training? We will train you. Once hired, we pay you to participate in additional training.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to individuals in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication management
• Ensure safety and comfort of clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Reliable, caring, and compassionate personality
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Previous home care experience preferred but not required

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Patience and empathy
• Basic computer skills (preferred)
