About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and mobility
- Administer medications as per schedule
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to healthcare providers
- Support patient and family education about health conditions and treatments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing quality patient care
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid and CPR certification
