About the role

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
  • Experience in Senior Living preferred.
  • Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience preferred.

Pay

Premium Program Rate: $20.75/hour + $500 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM with every other weekend.
