About the role

Eminence Home Care is seeking a Full-Time (FT) Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home care in the Enfield, NH area. The position requires previous caregiving experience and a strong commitment to supporting clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Prepare meals and feed clients
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Accurately document all interactions and activities
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Run errands as needed

Requirements

  • Pass a pre-employment screening including a criminal and Background Check (BEAS)
  • Pass a pre-employment physical and Tuberculin (TB) test
  • Verification of professional references
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
