Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and community
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and housekeeping
• Safeguard individuals' safety and independence
• Encourage independence and choice-building
• Support community outings and appointments
• Build meaningful, respectful relationships

Requirements

• Paid initial and ongoing training in the classroom and online
• Supervisors, schedulers, and trainers available 24/7
• Flexible schedules to match individual and client needs
