Responsibilities As a PCA, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical home care services, including: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygieneHelping clients safely transfer and ambulateMeal preparation and assistance with feedingLight housekeeping and laundryMedication remindersCompanionship and conversationTransportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team Requirements Experience is not necessary; all you need is a willingness to learn.We welcome Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).Reliable transportation for client visits.Compassionate, dependable, and professional Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCandidates may be required to complete a background check as a condition of employment, consistent with Connecticut state regulations and applicable federal law.
