Personal Care Assistant FT 3 Weekend Warrior

Wages start at $15 and increase based on experience, as determined by the hiring manager. Weekend shifts qualify for higher pay. Must be 18 years or older. Sign-on bonus: $4,000 for full-time, $2,000 for part-time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents' personal care needs are met with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness.
• Address residents' medical needs through quality nursing care and reporting to the charge nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment.
• Meet residents' nutritional needs in accordance with established care plans and report to the appropriate director.
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
• Ensure residents' medication needs are met.

Requirements

• Ability to move (sit, stand, bend, and lift) intermittently throughout the workday.
• Lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Assist with the evacuation of residents.
• Read and write in English.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• STNA certification preferred but not required.
