About the role

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work one‑to‑one with our mental health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Caregivers provide support in clients’ homes, encourage skill‑building activities, and help participants engage with the community to achieve personal goals. Responsibilities

• Work directly with Recipients in their homes, providing individualized care.
• Support, encourage, and assist with skill‑building activities.
• Facilitate community outings and activities to strengthen personal goals outside the home.
• Follow care plans and work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
