Personal Care Assistant

Role: Personal Care Attendant (PCA) providing assistance to residents with daily activities in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal hygiene, provide medication reminders, and support housekeeping tasks in their rooms or apartments. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in nursing and make a positive impact on residents' lives. Qualifications: Successful completion of pre-employment screening, physical examination, and required orientation and training. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Professional appearance and behavior, with a passion for serving others and teamwork skills. Additional Details: No exposure to blood or body fluids; potential for unplanned Category I tasks.
