Personal Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene and grooming assistance
• Prepare meals and support clients’ nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks
• Participate in therapy exercises and case conferences as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate care records and submit documentation promptly
• Represent LifeWorx with professionalism and a high level of customer service

Qualifications

• Valid HHA, PCA, or CNA certification (preferred but not required)
• 3 years of continuous home care work experience (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of professional in-home caregiving experience (required)
• Verifiable references from recent home care clients (required)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and escalate concerns appropriately
