Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well‑being.
- Transport clients to appointments or errands as needed.
- Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or CNA experience preferred.
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, trustworthy demeanor.
- Availability to work weekends consistently.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
