Responsibilities
- Follows each resident’s service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner.
- Documents any observed changes in condition in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Complies with the Continuous Quality Improvement Program and ensures services are complete and tailored for each resident.
- Reports issues not supporting quality services to the immediate supervisor for correction.
- Understands and adheres to all company policies, as well as local, state, and federal rules and regulations relevant to services provided.
- Works safely in conjunction with other employees, reporting any unsafe actions to the supervisor and ensuring they are corrected.
- Fosters teamwork with co-workers, assisting others beyond job responsibilities and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
- Communicates between Personal Care Assistants regarding resident needs.
Qualifications
- Compliance with Safety Committee Standards.
Skills
- Compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines.
