Personal Care Assistant

360 SHS is looking for a compassionate caregiver to join our team and be part of our family-owned business! In this role, you will provide essential support to clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with clients to deliver personalized care that promotes their independence and quality of life. Our caregivers are the front-line representation of our company and ease the burden of the clients we work with. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising healthcare professional.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role preferred, not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
