About the role

The Life Enrichment Specialist assists with safe mobility and transfers within the home as tolerated and directed. They support with daily living tasks such as light personal care, comfort positioning, and monitoring for safety. Household chores including light cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a calm, safe environment are also part of the role. The specialist offers companionship, social interaction, and emotional support to help combat depression and isolation. Clear and reliable communication with both the participant and office staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe mobility and transfers within the home as tolerated and directed.
• Support with daily living tasks such as light personal care, comfort positioning, and monitoring for safety.
• Help with household chores including light cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a calm, safe environment.
• Offer companionship, social interaction, and emotional support to help combat depression and isolation.
• Communicate clearly and reliably with both the participant and office staff, providing updates and reporting any changes in condition.

Requirements

Benefits

• Flexible schedule: Tues, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:30am-7:30pm; Sunday from 9:30am-2:30pm.
