Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA)

About the role

Caregivers are an active participant in the client's plan of care and candidates that have a passion for the elderly and disabled are a must for Always Best Care Senior Services. Our caregivers work with our elderly clients to help them with their day-to-day activities so they can remain in their home.

Responsibilities

• You will be working with our clients helping them with day-to-day activities so that they can age in place.
• Helping them with things like bathing and dressing so they can start their day feeling good.
• Preparing nutritious meals for them so their body can heal and they will have the energy they need to make it through the day.
• Making sure they are taking their medications to reduce visits to the hospital.
• Sometimes running errands for them.
• Helping with light housekeeping so that their environment is clean and safe.

Requirements

• Experience with caring for Elderly and disabled people.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license and auto insurance.
• Must have a clean background record and be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to perform all aspects of the job without limitations.

Pay

Pay Range: $15-$17 Hour
