Responsibilities

• Assist clients with day‑to‑day activities so they can age in place.
• Help with bathing and dressing to start the day feeling good.
• Prepare nutritious meals to support healing and energy.
• Ensure clients take their medications to reduce hospital visits.
• Run errands for clients as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with mental and physical exercises designed to improve health and reduce fall risk.

Requirements

• Experience caring for elderly and disabled individuals.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Clean background record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Dependable with excellent communication skills.

Pay

Pay range: $15‑$17 per hour, with weekly direct‑deposit payments.

Schedule

Four, eight, and twelve‑hour shifts available in York and Lancaster County at various times of day and week.
