Personal Care Aides - Immediate Openings

About the role

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated home care agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for clients in Carlisle, PA, Mechanicsburg, PA, and surrounding areas. Positions include Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers, and Home Health Aides (HHA). Job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship
• Perform light housekeeping and chores
• Respect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for the client

Requirements

• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive strongly preferred but not required
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) as mandated by the 21st Century Cures Act
• Reliable internet access to log visits and track service hours

Pay

Up to $16 per hour.

Schedule

• Weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Day, night, and overnight shifts
• Shift lengths: 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour
• Full-time, part-time, and after-school availability
