Personal Care Aide - PCA Training provided - Tappahannock
Responsibilities
Aid clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
Support mobility and transfers such as moving from bed to wheelchair.
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
Provide medication reminders and offer companionship and emotional support.
Perform light housekeeping duties and monitor client health and behavior.
Hold CNA, NA, or PCA certification (training provided for PCA).
Have reliable transportation and a valid Virginia driver’s license.
Present Social Security card and two professional references.
Show compassion, patience, and dependability.
Offer flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts.
Requirements
Eligible for benefits with full-time employment.
Participate in ongoing training for PCA certification.
Receive weekly pay up to 40 hours per week.
PPE provided during work.
