About the role
International Community Health Services (ICHS) is a nationally recognized community health center. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assist with medication administration and patient education
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans
- Document patient interactions and progress in the electronic health record system
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in WA state required
- CPR/First Aid Certification and Food Handler’s Permit are required within thirty (30) days of hire
- Fluency in English is required: fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or other Asian/Pacific Islander language is valued
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of healthcare experience with the geriatric population preferred
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
