Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, showering, dressing, and getting to and from meals
- Answer call bells and respond to residents' needs in a timely and compassionate manner
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- One year of experience in senior care or community-based organizations (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive and compassionate attitude
- A highly reliable and punctual person
