Personal Care Aide (Caregiver) Pahrump Area
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to join our team in the Pahrump area. This is more than just a job; it's about making a meaningful impact in someone's life.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
- Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (Activities of Daily Living)
- Provide personal companionship and engage with clients and their families
- Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Document task completion and report changes in client's condition, capability, or behavior
- Drive client to appointments if needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, own reliable transportation, clean driving record, and willingness to drive a reasonable distance
- Highly compassionate, respectful, and willing to work with seniors
- Reasonable availability (at least 5 hours, 4 days a week)
- One year of field experience as a PCA, CNA, or Home Health Aide preferred, but training provided for qualified candidates
- Pass state and federal background check and drug screen
- Get a current TB test and physical before starting work
- Obtain CPR and first aid certifications (we can assist with this)
- Provide 2 personal and 2 professional references
- Fluent in English
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications
Must have a driver's license, valid auto insurance, own reliable transportation, clean driving record, and willingness to drive a reasonable distance. Must take vehicle to shift in case client needs transportation. Must have integrity, a caring attitude, be highly compassionate, and treat clients/staff with respect. Must be able to relate well with people, particularly seniors. Must have reasonable hours of availability (minimum of 5 hours, 4 days a week). One year of field experience as a PCA, CNA, or Home Health Aide is preferred but we will train the right candidates. Must be able to pass State and Federal background check & drug screen. Must get a current TB and physical before starting work with us (We are running a hire bonus to help with costs). Must obtain CPR & First aid certifications (We can help with this). Must provide 2 personal and 2 professional references. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
