Personal Care Aide

Job Description

Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting in the patients' home. Support clients with mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Offer companionship, observe client well-being, and report any changes to the supervising nurse or care manager.
