Job Duties
- Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Companionship

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements
- This position complies with the 21st Century Cures Act requiring Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).
- Candidates must be able to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours.
- Reliable internet access is required for these tasks.
