Personal Care Aide

About the role

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated home care agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one‑on‑one, nonmedical care for clients in Camp Hill, PA and Mechanicsburg, PA and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, companionship, and light housekeeping while respecting privacy and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship
• Perform light housekeeping and chores
• Respect the patient's privacy and maintain confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for the client

Requirements

• Reliable transportation is required
• A valid driver’s license and ability to drive are strongly preferred but not required
• Comfort using a mobile device for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) as mandated by the 21st Century Cures Act — you will log visits and track service hours via a mobile app
