Personal Care Aide

About the role

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated home care agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, nonmedical care for clients in Berwick, Bloomsburg, and Catawissa, PA and surrounding Columbia County areas. Positions include Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Caregivers, and Home Health Aides (HHA).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client

Requirements

• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive strongly preferred but not required
• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and reliable internet access

Pay

Pay range: up to $16 per hour

Schedule

Shifts available: full‑time, part‑time, weekdays, evenings, weekends, day shift.
