About the role

We are a Help at Home company hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) in your community.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes.
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Assist with personal activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Aid with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client.

Requirements

• Valid HHA/PCA Certificate.
• Valid ID.
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements.
