About the role
We are a Help at Home company hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) in your community.
Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks
- Assist clients with personal activities like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Aid with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and well-being
Requirements
- Valid HHA/PCA Certificate
- Valid ID
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
- Compliance with state background screening requirements
