Responsibilities

  • Work independently at a steady pace with clear direction and established processes.
  • Provide exceptional service to a diverse audience through routine, transactional, and client-support tasks.
  • Work toward individual and banking center sales and service goals.
  • Assist other departments as needed while building rapport with clients and associates.
  • Adhere to guidelines, structure, and policies to deliver accurate work.
  • Handle cash back, percentages, and other calculations accurately.
  • Use multiple computer and software systems efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills

  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
  • 6+ months of successful cash handling experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passionate, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
  • Ability to complete work accurately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in calculating figures such as cash back and percentages.
