About the Role

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in finance. We provide training, coaching, and opportunities for advancement as you demonstrate success. As a Teller, you will:

  • Work as an individual contributor with clear direction, established processes, and minimal dependence on others to achieve results.
  • Provide exceptional service to a diverse audience, performing routine transactional, operational, and client support tasks.
  • Work toward individual and banking center sales and service goals.
  • Assist other departments as needed, build rapport with clients and associates, and treat everyone with respect.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Skills

Ideal candidates should possess some or all of the following:

  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience.
  • 6+ months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Logical thinking to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.

Work Environment

  • Physical tasks may require grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, raising, and holding hands/arms overhead.
