About the Role
As a Teller, you will work as an individual contributor at a steady pace with clear direction, established processes, and minimal dependence on others. Your role involves:
- Performing routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks
- Working toward individual and banking center sales and service goals
- Assisting other departments as needed
- Building rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect
- Delivering detailed and accurate work by following specific guidelines
You will meet and serve a diverse audience while handling cash, educating clients on banking products, and using digital technologies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Skills
Ideal candidates may possess some or all of the following:
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience
- 6+ months of successful cash handling experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Self-starter with passion and motivation
- Strong work ethic and accuracy in completing tasks
- Logical thinking for analyzing situations and making sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages
