About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Teller to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to a diverse audience, performing routine transactions, and assisting other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and service to others in a supportive environment
- Deliver detailed and accurate work by adhering to specific guidelines
- Maintain guidelines, structure, and established policies as part of a team
- Meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience
- Perform routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks
- Work towards individual and banking center specific sales and service goals
- Aid other departments as needed
- Build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates
- Treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience
- Six months or more of successful cash handling experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- A strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Logical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Multiple task management and computer/software system proficiency
- Basic math skills, including cash back and percentage calculations
